Beautiful shoe can feel tight for long-term wear.
I wanted a pair of patent leather oxfords because patent fights salt stains in the winter. I was thrilled to find a brown patent leather pair - in person they look almost liquid with shine. I wear 7.5s and 8s in shoe sizes depending on brand. Other on-line reviews warned these ran small so I ordered an 8. The 8 fits well. After 6 hours or so they do start to feel tight at the widest part of my foot so I wouldn't wear them on a particularly long days of walking. They do resist salt stains well but the bottom is perfectly smooth and lacks traction so ice should be avoided in these. Also these shoes are so gorgeous you may find yourself looking down at your feet when you walk!

Very attractive shoes but be sure to size up.
I bought the Steve Madden Melin shoes in both black and cognac. They're very nice looking shoes but sized smaller than usual. I'm told that this is common with Steve Madden shoes and I was advised to size up. I sized up a full size as I plan to add padded insoles but I believe 1/2 size would be enough for most people.

Best Working Shoes
I am a librarian and work on a concrete floor covered with a thin layer of carpet. Since I have arthritis in my spine and elsewhere I need supportive leather shoes that will accommodate orthotics. These are the best I have found. Although not that beautiful they look nice enough for work more like an oxford than an athletic shoe.

cute with reservations
I grew up seeing these on boys and I had to have a pair now that they are "back". I have the sand color and I find the leather a bit stiff...they are unlined and rub at the ankle a bit. Also the insole has no arch support and because they run a little small no room for added orthotics. Having said that I like the look and will keep them. I picture them with tights and a skirt.

MBT
Feel very good fit a little tight in the toe box but I have had some surgeries so it is probably my screwed up feet. They feel great with a lot of support.

Nice shoes
I bought these shoes specifically for my walking class. They are very nice looking (always a plus:). They do seem a bit heavy. That could be because I tend to buy very light weight shoes (I really prefer going barefoot if at all possible :) so that could be the reason for them feeling heavy. They are very well made. I have put a lot of miles on them already both on indoor track and outside on cement and asphalt and have seen no issues with them looking like they will fall apart in the future. (I hate when you just get your shoes broke in and they start to fall apart) Overall they are very comfortable. I did not have any problems with shipping or the wrong size or color.

Happy Feet....
This is the 3rd pair of Easy Spirit Walkers I've owned...and have worn out the first two! The new ones carried me happily all over Boston on a recent vacation and not a single complaint! These are the most attractive walking shoes I've seen or worn: not clunky or funky looking like everyone's favorite sport shoes! They are durable provide good arch and overall foot support. They also hold up well in the rain!!! I will continue to wear these shoes until they fall right off my feet! You won't regret this purchase so take a chance!

Great Fit
This shoe just hugs my foot and makes the hikes that I take much more enjoyable. I am usually hefting my 11 month old in the baby backpack and I was super sore the next day but now my feet feel much better. I like Merrell products a lot and will continue to be a loyal customer in the future!!!

I love these!
I bought these about six months ago and LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM. I wish all of my shoes would have the same benefit as these do. They are so so comfortable and durable and I can feel how straight my posture is when I wear them. The only negative thing I have to say about these is that these are walkers not trainers. So I can't really benefit from them when working out. And I do not do a LOT of walking for exercise and I don't always want to wear walking shoes out and about. . . I'm kind of a regular shoe person. But I do wear these as much as I can.
However when trying to find out if there were new trainer MBTs on the market I came across Earth Shoes (no not the WalMart "earth shoes") and recently bought a pair of Earth Shoe Trainers. They also have the negative heel technology (although you MUST order at LEAST a half size larger than you usually wear). I get the same benefit in these when I train! I love these too. And they cost a lot less than the MBTs.

I own - seriously - three pairs of this shoe
I bought the first pair on sale in a sky blue color and loved them so much I invested in the red variety at full price...just bought pair number 3 in black to wear on semi-professional occasions where I'll be on my feet for hours and need to be able to run (I work with the press so speed is sometimes a priority...I have a pair of black Dansko clogs I occasionally wear for their comfort but moving faster than a brisk walk is impossible in them). I'm not sure which colors are currently available on Amazon but I know this model is produced in at least five colors: moss green brown black tomato red and pool blue.
I have narrowish feet size 8.5 and high arches...and this is literally the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I've walked upwards of eight miles at a time in the blue pair and - here's another plus - they still look great after a year and a half of fairly constant wear.
These shoes cost more than sneakers but I can absolutely tell you they are worth every penny. The leather is sturdy and I've dropped a full glass of water on my toes with no splash marks left later.
Seriously I cannot say enough about this product. My only worry is that Keen will stop making them. If I ever see another pair on sale in my size I will invest in #4.
I own several other pairs of Keen shoes as well (including the Bend the Portola and the Tuscany)...and while I would rate those maybe an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 the Presidio goes up to eleven. Higher really. The fit is most like the Targhee mid another Keen model of which I own more than one pair (try the purple ones they're insanely cute.)
One detail: They run about a half size smaller than marked. I wear an 8.5 in most brands of shoe but I need a full size 9 in the Presidios.
