Beautiful shoe can feel tight for long-term wear.
I wanted a pair of patent leather oxfords because patent fights salt stains in the winter. I was thrilled to find a brown patent leather pair - in person they look almost liquid with shine. I wear 7.5s and 8s in shoe sizes depending on brand. Other on-line reviews warned these ran small so I ordered an 8. The 8 fits well. After 6 hours or so they do start to feel tight at the widest part of my foot so I wouldn't wear them on a particularly long days of walking. They do resist salt stains well but the bottom is perfectly smooth and lacks traction so ice should be avoided in these.
